print preview mode in windows menu to edit the document on the fly

We all know how to take a printout of a document, say for eg: Microsoft Word 2007 document. But at times the  printout
taken might not come in the way we desired, there will be some minor issues which makes your printouts looks ugly like,
for eg :page break or a new line or may be missed to add content.

In some other cases, after viewing in the  Print Preview mode,
we generally go back to the document to do our modifications, according to me this is a time consuming
process, but do you know there is an easy solution for
all the above which not only gives your document a decent look but saves time also .

Once you have finished with your document or about  to
take a print out,go to the Windows menu ->Print ->Print
Preview or Ctrl+Alt+I ,this will open your document in
print preview mode, click the Zoom icon from the top to
zoom  to your desired size, now uncheck the box next to
Magnifier, now you can edit the document  on the fly which
will automatically save for printing !!.
