Navigate to the below path in your Registry.
HKEY_USERS\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Preferences
,or go to Edit->Find,enter the name 'EmptyTrash’
You are certain to find the entry/Name ‘EmptyTrash’
Modified the value from 0 to 1,like shown below.
This will Empty the Deleted Items Folder upon close/exit of your mailbox.kool !!! isn't it ?
Similiarly for composing a mail in outlook you can configure the
Registry to hide/display the options 'From,BCC' etc,
by modifying the values for ‘ShowBcc,ShowFrom’ from 0 to 1.
you may also like the Outlook configuration to 'Empty deleted items folder'
